Went there for lunch to order soup noodle with pork chop. The wait time was 30 mins. When I asked her about it, the lady was rude and said I was slowing her down. Food was mediocre.

Update to owner's response: a good restaurant will always value their customers feedback and apologize. This is not the case as owner is defensive.

1. owner said they're behind after I paid.
2. I only followed up twice. First time at 20 mins, they said the food is coming. Second follow up at 30 mins. I asked why soup noodles take 30 mins and if it's not coming that I'll like a refund.
They said the pork chop was just fried up. (I'm pretty sure that's a lie because the pork chop would've been piping hot when I ate it. It was room temperature).
3. They are stating that they have video evidence that I was in the wrong. Horrible customer service.

If there is anything other than an apology after my update, it further proves my point that this owner has no idea how to treat their customers.

非常好吃。乾淨量大下飯。已經吃過好幾次了每次都很好吃。夫妻肺片、小炒肉、乾鍋花菜、酸豆角肉沫、涼粉、玉米餅、酒釀小圆子都做得好。飯量大增還能打包多吃一頓。廚師很厲害、大火爆炒、菜上得極快、鍋氣足、又香又辣，比粘一筷子好吃一萬倍

We were SHOCKED at how good this EEL Claypot Rice was🤭 We got Chinese Eel Claypot Rice, Shredded Chicken and Minced Meat & Green Bean w/ Olive Veggie. This Chinese Eel Casserole Rice was AMAZING, it had a great amount of sliced Eel, super flavourful, tender, placed on a bed of Rice cooked in a Claypot, it had SO MUCH crispy bits at the bottom, this Rice fed 10 people, definitely great value and super tasty! Shredded Chicken came in one whole Chicken that was seasoned beautifully with Ginger Powder, Chicken was cooked perfectly, juicy and tender! Minced Meat & Green Bean w/ Olive Veggie was also delicious, it came in a huge portion, the Meat Sauce was wonderful, so good to go with Rice!!

July 5th - today when we walked in it wasn’t as busy compared to last time; service today was way better than last time. Everything we ordered came out in a timely manner and everything was delicious!

Service is terrible. Definitely recommend making a reservation, but if your looking for good service or any service this is definitely not the place. Food was good, but the service is one of the worst service in GTA. Only accepts cash and debit. Different treatments for different tables, don’t expect to get free start up soup. Is it that hard to provide your customers with decent service…

味道變了好多，應該是疫情之後換了廚子。豆腐的味道還有生豆腐的味道，其他菜都覺得沒啥問題。水煮牛肉也是很大一片。

今天点了三道菜，基本满意，奇香牛肉大不如前，那个勾芡没胡好肉，使得牛肉很柴啊，差强人意，脆鸡胗都叫少放辣椒🌶️了，还是非常啦，应该就没减辣，口味莴苣中规中矩吧.
