Had our son's birthday party in the green room. Ari was our hostess, she was amazing, very kind and helpful - went out of her way to ensure that we were happy. Great facility, very clean and friendly staff

Our party host Patty was amazing! She was extremely polite and helpful, made my daughters birthday party a breeze. She was great with the kids, making them laugh and keeping their spirits up. Highly recommend this server, I’ll definitely be back and request her service. Thank you Patty!

My family and I visited there yesterday, the place was packed, I wish the girl at the front desk would tell us that there are so much people there. The place is not very clean, the washrooms were dirty, none of the working staff is looking of what kids are doing, there were kids that went down the different slides with kids cars, everything was just a huge mass.
I have already visited a lot of different indoor playgrounds and this one by far the worst of all, especially because no one is paying attention to what kids are doing

The playground was fine but the front desk ladies overcharged us for our under one year old twins. I explained to them that we have been here a few times and we know how much we should pay but she insisted to charge us according to her interpretation of the rules. At the end she called her manager and returned our money without apologizing for her rude behaviour.

Nice place met my friend here today for a bit with her kids very family oriented environment
