Came to this play place for a birthday party. Was treated with poor customer service by the front desk. The manager and front desk insisted I couldn’t bring in a stroller for a private birthday party for my 2 month old. Couldn’t make an exception for us, knowing that the place was 80% empty. Very unprofessional and I will no longer consider this play place for my children’s future birthdays.

Without hesitation I'd recommend the FUNtastic Forest to anyone looking for safe and incredibly fun entertainment for their children. My review is based on hosting my son's last two birthday parties here at ages 2 and 3. Some of the highlights I can share are:

- The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The owner Vern is a great guy. He was very accommodating and easy to deal with in the planning of our parties.
- The entire facility is well maintained and is very clean throughout from the playgrounds to the washrooms.
- The amenities for the kids are so good! My kids and their friends loved the toddler area as well as the big slide! There are multiple playgrounds with a main corridor that is spacious.
- There's a nice coffee bar for parents/adults, plenty of seating in the front area, and comfortable massage chairs.
- The party rooms are very nice and have tables, countertops, and seating.
- Lots of parking out front and easy to find location.
- Indoor air quality and temperature were perfect.
- Safety and security measures were nice to see such as the staff controlling who enters and maintaining a list of people in the facility.
- Pricing is very affordable and fair.

No negatives at all. We'll definitely book here again! Thanks so much!
