Very unprofessional with time.
They gave us appointment for 6:45 and we got attended at 7:58.
When we registered for family doctor they always mentioned about importance of timing where as they are not even matching.
No receptionist over the counter to help us.
Last time when we were here they only alloted us 30 monutes of time and while we aaked for extension they excused us by saying other patience are waiting. Where as today we waited for 1 hour and 13 mintutes for our turn.
So so pathetic with the time management. They don’t provide consultancy over the phone. Even when we were sick and we asked for Sick note, they asked to us to book appointment for that as well. What is the meaning of so calling FAMILY DOCTOR
