This place was incredible. It was really busy so thankfully we made reservations and would recommend doing so if you plan on going. Food tasted great and the service was quite fast. Servers overall were okay and welcoming.

Amazing food, loved the atmosphere. People were really so nice. Better to make a reservation before going. Take the shared platter, pitabell mix. Will visit again
I have been eating from Boustan before it was a franchise and great to see after all the years and growth that didn’t change the quality of food and the essence of welcoming.
Came from Toronto just to try this place out. They have absolutely nailed Turkish Cuisine. The atmosphere to swift service, it is truly impeccable.
The food is 10/10, the rice and meat is so flavoured, juicy and tender. The turkish tea is a must try at this place as well.

The best shawarma in Ottawa! Everything is fresh and tasty, portions are great, delicious baklavas… 100% recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed
Очень советую всем, кто любит восточную кухню, баранину, вкуснейший хумус и очень приятную атмосферу. 👌
Food was good, only thing is that they forgot to put something I ordered in my bag and also the employee preparing my food made a comment in his language mocking me and his coworker started laughing looking at me but the thing is that I totally understood what he said my wife is lebanese. So for that reason we won't be back to this location of Boustan.

Это кошмар. Еда не вкусная, порции маленькие. Шаурма очень маленькая и сухая, соуса нет вообще, гарнир который подают к шаурма то же не вкусный. В самом кафе очень грязно, столы липкие и жирные. Еду ждали минут 15 хотя в кафе ни кого кроме нас не было. Но самое ужасное это то что на улице прям возле кафе бегают очень большие крысы. Не рекомендую и сам больше не пойду.
Кебабчик был хорош, буханули своего вискаря и курили в окно, повар молодчага)
Замечательное место, может быть немного дороже - но оно стоит того, было очень вкусно, обязательно стоит попробовать.
