Michael is the best. I went in there for the first time to have a look at their bags. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't purchase my bag as yet, and there was no pressure. I will be returning to purchase items directly through him.

My only negative point is that I didn't understand why the price of this bag went up $160 within a year. Other than that; I'm very pleased with my purchase and the service. If you don't want to wait in line, call first.
