nothing about this salon was decent. The first time i visited i dealt with house of lashes only for eyelash extensions and didn’t not do another other services.
the second time i booked with beauty box services and it was the most traumatizing experience ever; first of all other than the depressing scenery of the place, it’s said to be a ladies salon and there was a male client getting his hair done. the staff is so noisy and doesn’t take a moment to be quiet. the time management is horrible, I started my manicure and halfway through it they took me to start my lashes, my fingers were bleeding from the terrible cleaning of the nails and not only that but the “technician” left half way through and went to another client!!! she didn’t continue my polish and didn’t even start my pedicure. as for the lashes, the beauty box technician kept poking my eyes with the extension and the glue. i informed her that my eyes are burning and she ignored. she was so rough and it was painful! when she finished the end result was disgusting and far off from what i asked for. she removed it and re did it again. i asked her to see halfway she ignored. and again the burning was still there and i told her. it was still not done well.
i left the salon with the scariest looking reaction in my eyes, they’re bloody red and it keeps getting worse and worse. the next day i came to fix my lashes with house of lashes and the lashes look nice but my eye is in terrible condition from the traumatic application on the day before.
my eyes are hurting me and are so sore even blinking hurts. the lash technician doesn’t speak basic english and the communication was such a struggle. i wouldn’t spend a cent there. and if condition develops with my eyes i will resort to legal action. also note that the picture is taken two days after.
