Upeshala Herath

Clean and beautiful beach at Mornington Peninsula. When i was frankston beach, it had a carnival. So much fun and entertaining things to do children. Enough parking space around but on a weekend it was hard to find a space and totally full.
It has two ice cream shops with different kind of flavors ,so dont forget to taste it.
