I'm always on the look out for Northern Chinese cuisine coz my mom grew up in Northern China. I brought her to 源源 today and she's really excited to see all the familiar dishes on the menu. We ordered 熏肉烧饼，肉夹馍，炸糕，熏鸡架，豆腐脑，凉皮。炸糕 and 熏鸡架 are my mom's favorite. The portion is good and the taste is authentic (at least my mom approved).

This food court has only a few restaurants and might look a bit run down. But the seating area is spacious, bright and airy. We feel safe dining in or waiting for takeout here.
