this is a national palace of culture. and at the same time it is one of the most dirty places in Sofia. The place near the building is pretty cool with fountains and some kind of small park, it is nice. But the building itself seems quite abandoned. Shame on administration

I visited this place couple of times, most recently for a concert. It is okay in general, but it has some things to be desired.
One example would be the seating, it is quite cramped up, I know that they are supposed to get as many people as possible, but my experience with the seating was not great.
Another example is the parking, I asked 3 of the guards for help about where to pay and the simply ignored me which was weird. The parking can’t be paid with a card which is weird given that you are right in the centre of the capital of Bulgaria.

With that said, I would recommend going there for an event like a concert or comedy club gathering, but mind the above mentioned.

The garden in front is great and you will almost all the time see people there, it is nice for photos and a walk.
