The place seems fun for kids but the worst part is no one is really managing the place properly. It has signage saying no shoes after entering the playground, but almost all adults are wearing shoes inside while the kids are just wearing socks. The place looks very dirty. No staff is managing the place to tell people taking off their shoes first before going in but the staff are also wearing shoes when they are inside. 😖 The environment looks very dirty, not ideal for kids if u care about hygiene.

Also no one is checking the tickets at the entrance. Anyone could go in to play easily. I have been to other trampoline parks in other countries, staff were doing their jobs properly compared to this one in Vaughan. We won’t go back again.

Save your money! It's not worth the membership and canceling isn't made easy (especially for single parents). They DEFINITELY use the busyness of parenting to make a profit. Instead of creating an amazing experience kids and parents actually WANT to spend time and money at, they push memberships knowing parents don't have the time to attend let alone cancel. It literally cost more and is more stressful than a gym membership, harder to cancel and they regulate your time...it's for kids! It's suppose to be a fun experience.

I went with my children's friends, but since it's a boy, we had a lot of fun, and I prefer an all-day ticket rather than two hours.

This is a review of the birthday party. The birthday party option sells out quickly, so it's a good idea to book early. The staff helped me well on the day of the party, so it ended well. My child and all the friends who were invited to the birthday party were satisfied. After 2 hours of jumping, I used the party room for 1 hour. For the party room, Sky Zone prepares table covers, plates, and cups, but I decorated it myself. It was a pity that the party check-in was crowded and the place to hang clothes was small. The pizza they provided was surprisingly delicious.

아이 친구들과 갔는데 남자아이라 너무 신나게 잘 놀았고 2시간보다는 그냥 올데이티켓이 좋아요.

생일파티후기에요. 생일 파티 옵션이 빨리 매진되니 서둘러 예약해두면 좋아요. 파티당일 스태프가 잘 도와줘서 잘 끝냈습니다. 제 아이와 생일 초대받아온 친구들 모두 만족했어요. 점프2시간후 파티룸 1시간이용이었어요. 파티룸은 스카이존에서 테이블커버, 접시,컵 등 준비해주지만 나는 직접 데코했습니다. 파티체크인이 혼잡하고 옷을 걸어두는 곳이 협소해서 아쉬웠어요. 제공해주는 피자는 의외로 맛있었어요.
