Great place to work and study. Interiors are so chic and hipster but the prices aren't expensive. Lovely staff. Try the banitsa as well
One word amazing. This place is everything, it’s so delicious and aesthetically pleasing. The atmosphere is really cute you can study there, read a book or hang out with friends. Its a cozy place. You can sit inside where is warm or outside wherever you prefer. I ate Cezar salad and drank large latte they were really good. The salad was good flavored and you have a dressing aside with it you can add if you want (I suggest you do). The coffee was 10/10 I loved it. The service was also good they were kind and polite. I definitely suggest you go there.
Horrible service, staff does not know their own menu. I literally had to go to the entrance, take a picture of the poster and show it to the cashier. On top of it, they gave me cold version of the drink (in November), he did not even ask. Guess, I will never return to this sorry excuse for a coffeshop.
A coffee shop with a calm atmosphere, tasty coffee, especially the filtered one and reasonable prices. The location is great, where you can sit indoor and they have a terrace outside.

Toller Ort mit Sicht auf das Gebirge, die kleine Strassenkreuzung mit gefühlten Tsd Autos pro Min. tun der Aussicht nix. Leckerer Kaffee nettes Personal. Nebendran ist Starbucks wer etwas mehr Geld ausgeben will.
Coffee is thumbs up excellent. I have to give it to them. I tried the Brazil samambaia and the chocolatey taste/smell was great. The profile was probably the best I had in Europe.
They also have a good background information of all their products, including taste profiles and origins.
However I give it 4 stars because I prefer the service of the other cafes nearby namely Urban Specialty Coffee. The service in Dabov seems less responsive. On the other hand, the owner at Urban Specialty is much more generous in sharing his knowledge. I stress though this is my experience and opinion so it may not apply to locals visiting.

Quite possibly the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had in my life. The only thing that beats their coffee is how incredible warm and friendly the owner and his employees are. Without a doubt the best coffee shop in Sofia! 5⭐️s!!!
Customer service could use some attention. First time at the coffee shop, I asked if they have any single origin coffees and was pointed at the menu on the wall. The whole idea of directing someone to a menu instead of answering the question was off putting. I had Guatemala, single-origin americano. It was good, beans were freshly roasted (omni roast) and had great aroma. The milk chocolate hazelnut éclair was really disappointing, nothing like the ones I had is France and in french bakries across the world. Dough was dry, filing was too sweet. It tasted like margarine, not quality ingredients. Prices are high and not up to par with service or quality (éclair specifically). Bonus point for giving 10% off if you bring your own cup!
Work friendly environment, plugs available, good WiFi. The coffee is very good, and so is the food. The staff is amicable. The bathroom is clean.

I was in Sofia for 3 days for a short trip as part of my tour in Europe. This was the first cafe I tried upon reaching the city and I came back here all 3 days.
It is extremely convenient for digital nomads like me as there are plenty of plugs around to plug in my electronics. Clearly, it is a local favorite for studying and working as the 3 days I came, there were many locals next to me working hard on their laptops.
The Wifi is excellent and the coffee portions are generous. Prices are definitely reasonable as well. Wide range of sitting options such as comfy chairs with low tables, spacious working table with sockets (I can put my 16-inch laptop comfortably), a few individual working tables.
For those who are just traveling around and looking for a spot to chill, there is an outdoor terrace to enjoy the bustling street as well.

Касата Ви днес в Парадайс е точно като бутка, а не каса. Много хубаво кафе и обслужване, но това разместване е изключително неудобно, особено ставайки въпрос за даване на поръчка и взимане от място.

Première fois que je vais dans ce café, et je n'y retournerai jamais.
Un serveur un peu bizarre qui avait l'air sur une autre planète et une serveuse désagréable et qui parle mal aux clients.
Tarifs élevé pour ce que c'est, à l'ouverture même pas de jus d'orange, et peu de choses en rayon et de surcroît les toilettes étaient sales et sentaient les toilettes d'autoroute.🤢
Très mauvaise expérience pour ma part, de plus mauvaise image de l'enseigne dans laquelle je n'irai plus.

Хороший кофе, но ничего необычного. Все места обычно занято паразитами IT работниками. Паразитами, потому что обычно приходишь, а сесть не где. Все с ноутами и в наушниках. Думаю, что заведению пара вводить доп плату за занятие столиков более часа.
Вкусное мокачино. Но было бы классно, если бы сливки были не из покупного баллончика.

Вкусный кофе. Люблю его ещё из Греции.
Приятное заведение, хотя не так много места, чтобы сесть, т.к. много людей с ноутбуками.

Кофейня высшего класса! Очень гостеприимный персонал, знающий все тонкости приготовления вкусного кофе. Можно приобрести различные аксессуары, а также большой выбор зёрен. Буду в Софии - непременно верусь сюда.
Вкусный кофе, хороший чизкейк. Но иногда бывает многовато людей, из-за того что Коста кафэ теперь работает только на вынос, а здесь можно посидеть.
Очень понравилась концепция, цены и качество кофе. Ходили каждый день. Кафе рядом много, но понравилась эта, судя по количеству людей внутри, пользуется популярностью. Выбор еды небольшой, но то, что надо.

En face des bains à Sofia.service impeccable,wi fi et café assez agréable.les tarifs sont un peu plus élevés que la moyenne mais c le quartier qui veut ça.ne vous inquiétez pas quand même deux cafés et un jus d orange pressé c 5€.pas la ruine non plus.
Круто, что за такие цены можно выпить настоящий кофе собственной обжарки и плюс ещё массу необычных горячих и холодных напитков! Постоянно хожу.
Понравилось, что и в выходные дни рано утром можно выпить вкусный кофе. В 8 утра в воскресенье - прекрасное место. :) купила правда и овсянный блок, но был не первой свежести. А на нем ручкой написано до апреля. Съела, но не с удовольствием.
Очень хорошая кофейня с очень большим асартементом и отличной обслугой! Рекомендую!

Нам очень нравится здесь. Отличный кофе, хорошо умеют взбить кокосовое молоко. Дети любят выпечку. Всегда вкусно. Приятная атмосфера и персонал. В выводные очень много людей, но это же центр города. Можно взять кофе takeaway и посидеть в парке. Рекомендую
Selon moi, la meilleure chaîne pour boire un café à Sofia. Cadre spacieux et confortable. Bonnes pâtisseries (bien sûr, pour de l'industriel).
