I have been a customer of saint germain bakery for 3 years and have never been disappointed, The BEST bakery in canada! (Keep up the good work saint germain)
Nice cozy spot for coffee. I had the coffee and the a Lavender Opera cake. Both the items were delicious.
Coffee is great. That's all. Customer service is not the best and the food is mediocre. Lately they've stated selling not so good cookies wrapped in plastic bags instead of freshly baked. One of the bathroom has been out of order for weeks. The furniture is falling apart. Too bad, because I enjoyed the sunny patio in the afternoon.
Got a chance to visit this cafe a couple of days ago at 7am - the coffee was fine but the food looked very average. Despite that I tried the pumpkin scone, and it tasted soggy and stale. The other cafes in the area have much better and fresher options for food
Cafe is sooo beautiful but the waitress was so rude that I couldn’t even enjoy my cup of coffee in peace.. My friend was so interested to try the place instead of the bellaggio which is beside this one and she really was disappointed. Very wrong choice.

Please train employees and then they can do coffee to guests. In this morning I was so excited to drink my coffee and try Artigiano, however after my experience I am really disappointed. I order a late, but barista made a cappuccino with burned milk and my tongue got hurt. That was the worst coffee I drink at the town. Training is crucial to give expected customer experience and standards…
