Best Pfister experience ever. If one need any furniture, I just recommend this place. Everything needed at home is here to be found.

UPDATE - January 2021. Changing the review to 4 stars. After writing to Pfister Mobel, I was telephoned personally by the Head of Customer Services. He was a very, understanding, empathetic man. In short, an apology was made and ample compensation was paid. My faith is restored and I'm a Pfister customer once again!

DAMAGE TO PARQUET FLOORING!

Not so much a review of the store as a review of Pfister in general - since Suhr is their head office, it makes sense to post it here. Pfister has some cool furniture at a premium price, but I am disappointed at the overall delivery times and the after-sales service.

Have had some good service in shops, but this is spoiled by slow, relatively unhelpful centralized online customer service (earlier this year I had a problem with defective night tables) where they bat you off and refer you to local branches). This year I've spent about CHF 20k with Pfister, because I like their furniture, but I don't think I'll shop there again.

The coup de grace for me this year was the ordering and assembly of a new bed which was a disaster. Pfister's workmen damaged our new parquet flooring due to not taking simple care with their tools - photos attached. I have complained to the company about this and will update this review accordingly depending on their response.

It's so disappointing to choose Pfister as a 'higher end' option and encounter these kind of problems. I'd really rather that their workers take the 30 minutes recommended to put the bed together, rather than rush the job in 15 and cause this damage.

Wonderful mall with high quality furniture displayed over a large area. In the basement there is an outlet area, wherein you can find high quality furniture and other nick nacks. The mall has many other shops in the same area including nice restaurant. A great place to be.

The huge and stabled work area is Pfister. With it's confortable work season.
