Have been going for 6 or 7 years. IT is always good. Today was no different. I messed up my time and arrived early. Admin staff worked me in anyway. They smoothly processed my benefits and conducted initial tests.

Dr. Hines was very communicative through out my exam. She wanted me to understand everything and was keen to address my concerns. There’s a sense of continuity and caring too. Dr. Hines remembers me even though I see here every two years. I recommend Dr. Hines and the clinic to anyone without hesitation.

I've been a patient at Eye Q Optometry since 2017 and have always been so impressed by their level of service! The office itself is beautiful and clean but the most important part is the staff!

The reception team and techs' are lovely! I've also noticed that the office has had great retention of their staff, which is great to see!

I saw Dr. Taylor today and she never fails to make me feel cared for. I never feel like I'm being rushed through the appointment to get to the next patient and I appreciate how thoroughly she explains my exam data.

In 2018 I walked in to Eye Q Optometry because I had something lodged in my eye. The receptionist kindly arranged for me to see Dr. Sarah Freiburger. Dr. Freiburger was very kind and gentle as she tried to remove the object. I kept her business card and I'm glad I did. I received the same kind, gentle and concerned reception from the receptionist and technician to the professional and gentle treatment from Dr. Freiburger yesterday (November 22, 2023). thank you very much.

Was able to get an appointment for the same day. All staff was very friendly and helpful. The optometrist does a thorough job explaining things and answering the questions I had. Looking forward to my new glasses and contacts.

I could not speak more highly of Eye Q Optometry. I had an eye examination today with Dr Crouse to get a new contact prescription. Dr Crouse was brilliant, so informative and answered any questions I had without hesitation. All the staff I dealt with today were so lovely, and were only too happy to assist. A 10/10 recommendation from me.
