This place was the perfect place to learn to fly and get flying experiences. The few people that commented here about “noise pollution” and “circling aircraft” come on you bought a house by an airport what did you think you would hear? Same problem if you buy near a highway you can hear the traffic, horns honking, and transport trucks braking etc. get with the program people it’s an airport you are going to hear aircraft —until it closes down and that is a real shame that it is closing!! Sad to see that place go so many great memories!

Absolutely LOVE this airport. Very sad to see it shut down. Most friendly staff and friendly staff throughout each and every company on this airport.
